Brand new structure in the historic center of the city of Quartu Sant'Elena. Obtained from an ancient Campidanese house, with a courtyard in the center and the 4 independent studios.
Everything is treated in detail, from hangers to mirrors, from sheets to kitchen utensils.
The great attention to detail is the result of the owner's experience as a traveler.
The neighborhood is very quiet despite being in the Centro Storico. A few steps away you will find a supermarket, several bars and restaurants, pharmacy, newsagent, tobacconists and all the bus stops for Cagliari and the coastal areas of Villasimius and Pula
Set 2.2 km from Poetto Beach, Lemon Tree offers free bikes, a garden and accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Private parking is available on site.
Fitted with a patio, the units offer air conditioning and feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bidet and a hairdryer.
A bicycle rental service is available at Lemon Tree.
The nearest airport is Cagliari Elmas, 16 km from the accommodation, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.

Il quartiere è molto tranquillo pur essendo nel Centro Storico. A pochi passi troverete un supermercato, diversi bar e ristoranti, farmacia, edicola, tabacchi e tutte le fermate degli autobus per Cagliari e le zone costiere di Villasimius e Pula
Situato a 2,2 km dalla spiaggia del Poetto, il Lemon Tree offre biciclette gratuite, un giardino e sistemazioni con balcone e WiFi gratuito. In loco è presente un parcheggio privato.
Dotate di patio, le sistemazioni dispongono di aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato con bidet e asciugacapelli.
Il Lemon Tree fornisce un servizio di noleggio biciclette.
L'aeroporto più vicino è quello di Cagliari Elmas, a 16 km dalla struttura, e la struttura offre un servizio navetta aeroportuale a pagamento

Our studios are designed to meet all the needs of the tourist or traveler.
A comfortable bed with lamps and power outlets, a smart wifi TV, ultra-fast wifi connection, a kitchen equipped with gas stove, electric oven and microwave and Alexa Speakers
You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The premises are air-conditioned through an autonomous heat pump
The independent bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hair straightener and towels

Daniele is a super host. We were me and my daughter in a private room.. very spacious and all the essentials that can serve. There is a garden for relaxing moments with tables, chairs and the laundry ( provides its own personal washing machine). in the location you can not do barbecue.Ha also the umbrella for the rain and the beach.igienizzante hands, and adirittura a house for children, bicycles( from eight years old) and games available for children. Daniel if it can come in against you does the possible. Me and my child we had a great time. If it happens we will see again!

Wonderful place, comfortable, clean room with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Daniele is very kind and caring host (helped us with renting car and recommended places and beaches worth visiting). We would love to come back there next year!
